【摘要】：正张忠道(1894—1952),安徽六安人,早年留学日、法。1930年6月,他出任南京市社会局局长,兼上海法政学院院长,同年底任南京市教育局局长,1937年2月任考试院考选委员会委员,抗战期间担任民国中央政治学校教务处副主任及公务员训练部高等科主任、考试院法规委员会委员、考试院辅导委员会委员等职,1946年9月出任考试院高等考试及格人员县长挑
[Abstract]:In June 1930, he served as director of the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Social Affairs, president of the Shanghai Institute of Law and Government, director of the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Education at the end of the same year, and member of the examination and Election Committee of the examination Institute in February 1937.
