近代浙北教会职业教育研究

【摘要】:教会教育是中国近代教育不可忽视的组成部分,也是在近代中国社会大背景下产生的一种特殊教育形态。教会学校伴随着西方资本主义对华侵略而出现,本质上亦是西方势力在华扩张的一部分,长期以来被视为帝国主义对华文化侵略的工具。浙江北部的杭嘉湖地区相比内地,较早地出现了教会学校,而教会学校在浙北地区的发展过程中衍生出了职业教育,出现了医科、师范、商科等职业学校。这些学校在办学理念、办学模式和课程设置上迥异于中国传统教育,体现了时代发展的新要求。 本文在总结前人研究成果的基础上,剥离意识形态的偏见,以历史事实为依据研究教会职业教育,从现有档案材料中提取相关资料,从近代浙北地区的医科、师范、商科教育入手,在组织结构、师生情况、课程设置等方面对其展开论述,并以教会职业教育客观上推动中国教育近代化的角度讨论它们的影响。 本文由引言、正文以及结语三部分构成。 引言部分介绍了本文的选题缘由及意义、国内外学者研究教会教育的学术史回顾、本文的研究资料来源及运用情况、论文的创新及不足之处。 正文由三大部分五个章节组成。第一部分对近代浙北教会教育产生的历史背景及之后教会职业教育出现的时代背景进行详细的分析,以加深对两者前后演进关系的认识。第二部分以档案材料为基础,对近代浙北教会医科、师范、商科教育进行较为全面、系统的考察,以期将近代浙北教会职业教育的真实面貌展现在世人面前。第三部分从教育体制、女子教育、社会大众等方面入手,着重探讨教会职业教育对浙北的积极影响。 教会职业教育的产生和发展在一定程度上促进了浙北教育近代化并进而通过教会学校的毕业生们对当地社会发展产生积极影响。新中国成立后,人民政府收回教育主权,教会教育在中国大陆彻底终结,但其师资以及校舍、仪器、教具等融入了新中国的教育体系之中,继续发挥余热。正确认识和评价浙北教会职业教育,可以为当代的职业教育提供一定借鉴,有助于我们的教育事业。
[Abstract]:Church education is not only an important part of modern Chinese education, but also a form of special education under the background of modern Chinese society. The church school appeared with the invasion of western capitalism against China, which is also a part of the expansion of Western forces in China, and has long been regarded as a tool of imperialist cultural aggression against China. Compared with the hinterland in the northern part of Zhejiang, church schools appeared earlier, while the church schools in the development process of northern Zhejiang developed vocational education, medical, normal, business and other vocational schools. These schools are different from the traditional Chinese education in the concept, mode and curriculum, which reflects the new requirements of the development of the times. On the basis of summing up the previous research results, this paper deletes the prejudice of ideology, studies the church vocational education on the basis of historical facts, extracts the relevant data from the existing archival materials, and studies the medical science and teachers' colleges in the northern part of Zhejiang Province in modern times. Starting with the business education, this paper discusses the structure, the situation of teachers and students, the curriculum and so on, and discusses their influence from the perspective of promoting the modernization of Chinese education objectively in the light of the church vocational education. This paper consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction part introduces the reason and significance of this thesis, the review of academic history of scholars at home and abroad, the source and application of the research data, the innovation and deficiency of the thesis. The text consists of three parts and five chapters. The first part makes a detailed analysis of the historical background of the emergence of church education in northern Zhejiang and the background of the times after the emergence of church vocational education in order to deepen the understanding of the relationship between the two. The second part is based on the archival materials and makes a more comprehensive and systematic investigation on the medical, normal and business education of the Church of Northern Zhejiang in modern times, in order to reveal the true appearance of the vocational education of the Church in the north of Zhejiang in modern times. The third part discusses the positive influence of church vocational education on northern Zhejiang from the aspects of education system, women's education, social masses and so on. The emergence and development of the church vocational education to some extent promoted the modernization of education in northern Zhejiang and then exerted a positive influence on the local social development through the graduates of the church schools. After the founding of New China, the people's government took back the sovereignty of education, and the church education ended completely in mainland China, but its teachers, as well as school buildings, instruments, teaching aids and so on, were integrated into the education system of the people's Republic of China and continued to give play to the remaining heat. A correct understanding and evaluation of vocational education in Northern Zhejiang Church can provide some reference for contemporary vocational education and contribute to our educational cause.
