党性与乡土之间——抗战中后期减租减息运动中的山东农村基层党员

【摘要】：抗战中后期,面对中共在抗日根据地开展的减租减息运动,农村不同阶级和个体根据时局变化和自身处境采取了相应的应对举措。具有中共党员与乡村社区居民双重身份的农村基层党员,既要履行党员义务和服从组织决议,又需考量身家利益并处理与亲友街坊间的关系。在运动中,他们一般扮演着三种角色:政党意志的执行者、乡村社区利益的维护者和身家利益的追逐者(捍卫者)。其中部分党员具有明确的角色定位和清晰的行为导向,部分党员则是各种角色兼而有之,部分党员所扮演的角色甚至变动不居。重塑农村社会秩序的减租减息运动引发了基层党员应具有的党性原则和农民固有的乡土原则之间的张力,纠结于党性和乡土之间的基层党员以不同的行为抉择来应对党组织在农村开展的减租减息运动。
[Abstract]:In the middle and late period of the War of Resistance against Japan, in the face of the movement of rent and interest reduction carried out by the Communist Party of China in the anti-Japanese base area, different classes and individuals in rural areas took corresponding measures according to the changes of the current situation and their own situation. Rural grassroots Party members with dual status of CPC members and rural community residents should not only fulfill the obligations of party members and obey the organizational decisions, but also consider the interests of their families and deal with the relationship with their relatives and friends. In the movement, they generally play three roles: the executor of the will of the political party, the defender of the interests of the rural community and the pursuer of the interests of the family. Some Party members have clear role orientation and clear behavior orientation, some Party members have all kinds of roles, and some Party members' roles do not even change. The movement of reducing rents and reducing interest rates to reshape the rural social order caused the tension between the principle of party spirit that grass-roots party members should possess and the native principles inherent to peasants. The grassroots Party members who are entangled in the party spirit and the countryside choose different behaviors to deal with the party organization's movement of rent and interest reduction in rural areas.
