日据时期台海商贸的异化与延续——以台湾“条约港”与“特别输出入港”为中心

【摘要】:1895年日本占领台湾之后,台湾与大陆的商贸环境发生了极大的改变。日本为阻断台湾与大陆长久而密切的经贸联系,虽继续开放淡水、基隆、安平、高雄四个"条约港",但却倾力于高雄、基隆两港的建设,以取代在台海传统贸易中有着重要地位的安平、淡水二港。但"条约港"的开放远不能满足台湾商民的需要,为稳定政权统治,安抚民心,并将海峡两岸贸易纳入殖民贸易轨道,台湾总督府开放了包括旧港在内的八个"特别输出入港"与大陆沿海口岸进行贸易,使台海民间贸易并未因为政治变故而中断,而是继续得以延续。
[Abstract]:After the Japanese occupation of Taiwan in 1895, the business environment between Taiwan and mainland changed greatly. In order to block the long-standing and close economic and trade ties between Taiwan and the mainland, although Japan continues to open up the four "treaty ports" of Freshwater, Keelung, Anping and Kaohsiung, it has devoted itself to the construction of the two ports in Kaohsiung and Keelung. To replace the traditional trade in the Taiwan Strait, Anping, fresh water two ports. However, the opening of the "treaty port" is far from meeting the needs of Taiwan's businessmen. In order to stabilize the regime's rule, appease the people and bring cross-strait trade into the colonial trade orbit, The Taiwan Government House has opened up eight "special exports to Hong Kong", including the old port, for trade with the mainland's coastal ports, so that the non-government trade across the Taiwan Strait has not been interrupted because of political changes, but has continued.
