论解放战争时期中共合江根据地创建和发展

【摘要】：作为东北战略后方的合江根据地是北满五个根据地中建设较早战略地位最重要的一个。合江根据地的建设和发展,对我党、我军在东北的成败关系很大。据此,研究合江根据地在解放战争中的作用就显得十分重要。本文是对解放战争时期合江根据地创建、发展进行系统研究。合江省具有建立根据地的先天地理优势以及后天良好的群众基础,因而很好地领会了中共中央“向南防御,向北发展”战略调整政策。为完成抢占东北的战略任务,中央和各战略区抽调来二十多名干部和军队挺进合江省,领导人民创建合江根据地。经过清剿土匪,保卫新生的人民民主政权;反奸清算、开展土改运动,摧毁以地主阶级为代表的封建势力;开展大生产运动,改善人民生活;发展党员,建立党的基层组织,完善党的军队建设等巩固根据地政策的逐步实践,使合江人民得到了彻底的翻身解放。合江地区成为解放较早的、各项建设完成也较早的根据地。在物质保证上,大力支援前线完善军需供应;在人员补充上,输送了大批优秀干部与战士,有力的支援了东北解放战争;在经验积累上,率先实践、率先总结经验,为北满根据地的巩固、发展提供了借鉴,支援建国后东北及全国的发展。全文尽可能全面展现合江根据地建设工作的斗争全貌,并给予其客观历史的评价。
[Abstract]:Hejiang Base area, as the strategic rear of Northeast China, is the most important one of the five base areas in North Manchuria. The construction and development of the Hejiang base area has a great bearing on the success or failure of our Party and our army in Northeast China. Therefore, it is very important to study the role of Hejiang base area in the War of Liberation. This paper systematically studies the establishment and development of Hejiang base area during the War of Liberation. Hejiang province has the innate geographical advantage of establishing base area and the good mass base of the day after tomorrow, so it has a good understanding of the strategic adjustment policy of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China "to the south, to the north, to the north". In order to complete the strategic task of seizing northeast China, more than 20 cadres and troops were deployed by the Central Committee and various strategic regions to advance into Hejiang Province, leading the people to create Hejiang base areas. After clearing out bandits and defending the new people's democratic regime, they carried out a land reform movement to destroy the feudal forces represented by the landlord class, launched a mass production campaign to improve the people's living standards, and recruited party members and set up grass-roots organizations of the Party. The gradual practice of perfecting the Party's army building and consolidating the base area policy has completely liberated the people of Hejiang. The Hejiang area became a base area for early liberation and early completion of various construction projects. In terms of material assurance, we should make great efforts to support the front line in improving the supply of military supplies; in terms of personnel replenishment, we have sent a large number of outstanding cadres and soldiers, and have been able to support the War of Liberation in the Northeast. In terms of the accumulation of experience, we have taken the lead in practicing and summing up our experience. It provided reference for the consolidation and development of the North Manchu base area and supported the development of the Northeast and the whole country after the founding of the people's Republic of China. The full text shows as comprehensively as possible the overall picture of the struggle in the construction of Hejiang base area, and gives its objective historical evaluation.
