民国时期妇女对职业与家事的两难抉择

【摘要】：民国时期,人们一方面将职业问题作为妇女实现独立的中心问题与先决条件,另一方面又将家事仍视作妇女的天职,从而形成了妇女职业与家事并立的观念。这不仅消弭了妇女职业所强调的独立精神,也使得民国时期的一些妇女不得不面对职业与家事的双重负担而作出艰难的选择。之所以出现这样的状况,一是因为传统男权思想意识作祟;二是因为现实生活的被迫无奈,三是因为政策导向摇摆不定,四是因为社会解放运动的需要。
[Abstract]:In the period of the Republic of China, on the one hand, people regarded occupation as the central problem and prerequisite for women to realize independence, on the other hand, they still regarded family affairs as their natural duties, thus forming the concept of women's occupation and family affairs standing side by side. This not only eliminated the independent spirit emphasized by the women's profession, but also made some women have to face the double burden of occupation and family affairs and make difficult choices in the period of the Republic of China. The reason for such a situation is that the traditional patriarchal ideology is haunting; the second is the forced helplessness of real life; the third is the vacillating policy orientation; the fourth is the need of the social liberation movement.
