清末台湾之“淡新档案”及其整理

【摘要】：淡新档案是清末台湾北部淡水厅、新竹县的官府文书,长期以来受到学术界的瞩目。台湾大学在近半个世纪以来,陆续对这批清代的基层州县档案进行了整理、编目、印刷出版,上个世纪九十年代中叶以后更应用计算机科技进行了数字化的处理。这些整理的经验可以说是不断尝试错误,也同时因应科技发展和时代需要而调整深化的过程。这样的经验,应该可以成为目前各地正在陆续展开之清代州县官府档案整理工作的参考。
[Abstract]:Tanxin file is the official document of the Freshwater Department of Northern Taiwan in the late Qing Dynasty, Hsinchu County, which has long been the focus of academic attention. In the past half century, Taiwan University has successively arranged, catalogued, printed and published the archives of the basic prefectures and counties of the Qing Dynasty. Since the mid-1990s, it has applied computer science and technology to digital processing. These experiences can be said to be trial and error, and at the same time adjust and deepen the process of technological development and the needs of the times. This kind of experience should be a reference for the file arrangement of the state and county government in Qing Dynasty.
