【摘要】:《湖南平民教育周刊》是长沙《大公报》的一种副刊,也是湖南平民教育促进会的会刊。它于1923年12月11日创刊,1926年10月8日停刊。它忠实的记录了湖南平民教育思潮与运动的发展历程,再现了湖南平教人士对平民教育理论和实践的探索。湖南平民教育的迅速发展,与湖南自治运动的兴起分不开。创办《湖南平民教育周刊》,一是唤起社会上一班人对于平民教育的兴趣,以求平民教育事业之发展。二是研究实施平民教育的“理法”使理想得以实现。它的前八期是由周方、龚云村、彭文元、陈彦、曹典琦、黄衍仁等负责编辑,后来由龚云村、周方、甘融、蒋克诚相继主编。《湖南平民教育周刊》的作者,大部分是湖南平民教育促进会的会员,少部分是社会各界人士。由于时局变动,文章性质不定,《湖南平民教育周刊》的栏目也随之变化,经常随文章主题而设,所以全刊类目丰富。《湖南平民教育周刊》主要是开展平民教育的研究和宣传。通过将平民教育与义务教育、贫民教育以及欧美的成人补习教育的对比分析,明确了平民教育的教育对象与教育内容,形成了对平民教育的正确认识。而平民自身的需要、湖南自治运动的需要以及革命的需要,则是湖南实施平民教育的原因所在。平民教育的实施途径、平民教育教材的编写、平民教育经费的筹措和平民学校的开办,则是湖南平民教育的实施办法,这些宣传和研究,为全省平民教育提供了理论指导。不仅如此,《湖南平民教育周刊》具体指导平民教育运动的开展。《湖南平民教育周刊》指导开展农民、妇女、兵士等各类平民教育,落实平民教育“有教无类”的宗旨。此外,《湖南平民教育周刊》还对各地平民教育的推行做了详细的调查,总结各地平民教育的经验教训,为民众及其他平教人士提供实践方面的指导。因此,《湖南平民教育周刊》明显体现出“教育救国”思想的倾向,具有强烈的爱国主义精神。它提出的各项措施与办法,对湖南的平民教育运动,以及社会观念的更新都有着一定的影响。它因湖南自治运动而起,它的发展又反过来推动了湖南自治运动的进程。
[Abstract]:Hunan civilian Education Weekly is a supplement of Changsha Ta Kung Pao and a meeting of Hunan Association for the Promotion of civilian Education. It was founded on December 11, 1923, and ceased publication on October 8, 1926. It faithfully records the development course of the trend of thought and movement of civilian education in Hunan, and reproduces the exploration of the theory and practice of civilian education. The rapid development of civilian education in Hunan is inseparable from the rise of Hunan Autonomous Movement. The first is to arouse a group of people's interest in civilian education in order to develop the cause of civilian education. Second, the study of the implementation of civilian education, "rational Law" so that the ideal can be realized. Its first eight issues were edited by Zhou Fang, Gong Yuncun, Peng Wenyuan, Chen Yan, Cao Dianqi, Huang Yanren, and later edited by Gong Yuncun, Zhou Fang, gan Rong, and Jiang Kecheng. Most of the members of Hunan Association for the Promotion of civilian Education, a small number of people from all walks of life. Due to the changes in the current situation and the uncertain nature of the articles, the columns of the "Hunan civilian Education Weekly" have also changed, often with the theme of the article, so the whole publication has rich contents. The "Hunan civilian Education Weekly" mainly carries out research and propaganda on civilian education. By comparing the civilian education with the compulsory education, the education of the poor and the adult remedial education in Europe and America, the educational objects and contents of the civilian education are clarified, and the correct understanding of the civilian education is formed. The needs of the civilians themselves, the needs of the Hunan Autonomous Movement and the needs of the revolution are the reasons for the implementation of civilian education in Hunan. The approaches to the implementation of civilian education, the compilation of teaching materials for civilian education, the raising of funds for civilian education and the opening of civilian schools are the implementation methods of civilian education in Hunan. These propaganda and studies provide theoretical guidance for civilian education in the whole province. Moreover, the "Hunan civilian Education Weekly" specifically directs the development of the civilian education campaign. The "Hunan civilian Education Weekly" directs the development of various types of civilian education, such as farmers, women, and soldiers, and implements the aim of "education for civilians without distinction." In addition, Hunan civilian Education Weekly also makes a detailed investigation on the implementation of civilian education in various places, sums up the experience and lessons of civilian education in various places, and provides practical guidance for the public and other lay people. Therefore, Hunan civilian Education Weekly obviously reflects the tendency of the thought of "education and national salvation" and has a strong spirit of patriotism. The measures and methods put forward by it have a certain influence on the education movement of the common people in Hunan and the renewal of the social concept. It started from the Hunan Autonomous Movement, and its development in turn promoted the process of Hunan Autonomous Movement.
