身份与花费:民国旅京冀州商铺从业人员的日常支出——以万和成五金行《辛金账》为例

【摘要】：近代旅京冀州五金商铺从业人员主要有铺东、经理人、店员(有人力股店员、无人力股店员)、学徒四种身份。其因在店内身份不同,收入差异较大,遂使其日常支出亦各不同,这当然不同程度地影响到他们各自的日常生活状况。对此进行细致分析,可进一步丰富近代北京社会经济史的研究。
[Abstract]:There are mainly four kinds of employees in Jizhou hardware shops in modern times, such as shop owner, manager, assistant (with manpower stock assistant, without manpower stock assistant) and apprentice. Because of their different status in the store, their income is different, so their daily expenses are different, which, of course, affects their daily living conditions in varying degrees. A detailed analysis of this can further enrich the study of the social and economic history of modern Beijing.
