言路与后勤:甲午平壤战役再研究

【摘要】：平壤战役是甲午中日战争中关键一役。战前,掌握兵权的李鸿章因主张调停和议,饱受言路弹章攻击,其手下将领也受到质疑和指责。至数路清军迭次入朝驻扎平壤,因后勤、军纪等原因多有骚动,统兵最多的淮军卫汝贵部又成为清议对象。平壤一役,城南的淮军战果和战况都不落下风,但入朝清军却因北门的失利而溃败。战后追究责任,力战不退的卫汝贵反而成为众矢之的,被描述成未战先逃的败军之将和平壤失守的罪魁祸首。
[Abstract]:The Pyongyang campaign was a key battle in the Sino-Japanese War. Before the war, Li Hongzhang, who held military power, was attacked for mediating, and his generals were questioned and criticized. To several times Qing troops stationed in Pyongyang, because of logistics, military discipline and other reasons there was a disturbance, the Huai military Wei Rugui Department, the largest number of troops became the object of the Qing Dynasty. In the battle of Pyongyang, the Huai army in the south of the city did not fall, but the Qing army was defeated by the defeat in the north gate. After the war, Wei Rugui became the target of public criticism and was described as the general of the defeated army before the war and the chief culprit of Pyongyang's defeat.
