抗战时期国民政府开发西南的工业建设

【摘要】：抗战时期国民政府开发西南的工业建设,缘于国民政府迁都重庆、吴鼎昌的贵州工业建设实践和社会各界对开发西南工业建设的共识。在抗战这一特殊背景下,国民政府开发西南的工业建设具有自身特色,取得了相当的成绩,基本实现了最初设定的充实民生、供给军需的目标,促进了西南工业的发展,客观上为日后的国家建设奠定了一定基础。但是,西南工业建设实践因特殊的抗战背景,不可避免地受到社会经济不稳定的影响,遭遇到困境,存在局限性,国民政府过分注重社会效益而忽略经济效益,追求大而全的工业建设模式,保护落后生产力等做法,暴露出国民政府缺少对西南工业发展总体区域规划的实践经验。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, the national government developed the industrial construction in Southwest China because of the relocation of Chongqing by the National Government, the practice of industrial construction in Guizhou by Wu Tingchang and the consensus of all walks of life on the development of industrial construction in Southwest China. Under the special background of the War of Resistance against Japan, the national government developed the industrial construction in Southwest China with its own characteristics, achieved considerable achievements, basically realized the goals of enriching the people's livelihood and supplying military supplies, and promoted the development of industry in the Southwest. Objectively for the future of national construction laid a certain foundation. However, because of the special background of the War of Resistance against Japan, the practice of industrial construction in Southwest China is inevitably affected by social and economic instability, encountered difficulties and limitations, and the national government pays too much attention to social benefits while neglecting economic benefits. The pursuit of a large and complete industrial construction model and the protection of backward productive forces have exposed the lack of practical experience of the national government in the overall regional planning of industrial development in southwest China.
