路事与国事:中华全国铁路协会研究(1912-1936)

【摘要】:1912年6月,在梁士诒、叶恭绰等清末民初中国铁路界著名人士的倡议和组织下,中华全国铁路协会在北京正式成立。协会以发达铁路事业、协助铁路行政、保护铁路权利、传播铁路知识、融洽铁路同人情谊为宗旨,积极参与北京政府时期的各项铁路事务,组织规模不断壮大,在民国铁路界的影响力也与日俱增。南京国民政府成立后,协会将总部迁移至南京,迅速重建了其在民国铁路界的地位和话语权。在新的领导机制下,协会的会务活动得到了进一步发展,会员人数逐渐增加,协会也更加广泛的参与到近代中国铁路事业的建设和发展之中。至1937年全面抗战爆发前夕,协会已经成为近代中国铁路界持续时间最长、规模最大的社会组织。本篇论文以中华全国铁路协会主办的会报、杂志为主要资料,并参考同一时期与协会相关的报刊、档案、人物传记等史料,对协会的成立背景、发展宗旨、组织概况以及协会参与铁路事业的主要活动进行梳理和分析。在路事与国事所共同构建的关系网络中,中华全国铁路协会不仅积极开展铁路调查与学术研究,协助政府改良路务,而且从铁路问题出发,关注外国侵略,保护中国的铁路权益。此外,协会还定期开展会务与文娱活动,融合铁路同人情谊,并通过举办讲演、发行刊物等方式,促进了铁路知识的传播和普及。协会的一系列活动,体现了其在民国铁路界的地位和影响力,同时也促进了近代中国铁路事业的建设和发展。
[Abstract]:In June 1912, the All-China Railway Association was established in Beijing on the initiative and organization of Liang Shiyi, Ye Gongchuo and other famous people in the Chinese railway circle in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China. With the aim of developing railway undertakings, assisting railway administration, protecting railway rights, spreading railway knowledge, and harmonizing railway friendship, the association actively participated in various railway affairs during the period of the Beijing government, and the scale of the organization continued to grow. In the Republic of China, the influence of railway industry is growing. After the establishment of the Nanjing National Government, the Association moved its headquarters to Nanjing and quickly re-established its position and right of speech in the Republic of China railway circle. Under the new leadership mechanism, the council affairs of the association has been further developed, the number of members has gradually increased, and the association has more extensive participation in the construction and development of modern Chinese railway. On the eve of the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan in 1937, the Association had become the longest and largest social organization in the field of railways in modern China. This paper takes the newspaper and magazine sponsored by the All-China Railway Association as the main materials, and refers to the historical materials of the association, such as newspapers, archives, biographies and other historical materials, in order to set up the association's background and develop its purpose. Organization profile and association involved in the main activities of railway enterprises to sort out and analysis. The All-China Railway Association not only actively carried out railway investigation and academic research to assist the government in improving the road service, but also focused on foreign aggression from the point of view of the railway problem. To protect China's railway rights and interests. In addition, the association also carries out regular meetings and entertainment activities, integrates railway friendship, and promotes the dissemination and popularization of railway knowledge by means of lectures and publications. A series of activities of the Association embodied its position and influence in the railway circle of the Republic of China, and also promoted the construction and development of the railway industry in modern China.
