【摘要】：江苏省贫下中农协会,是上世纪60年代在农村“四清”运动过程中成立的,肩负在农村开展政治运动的省级贫协组织。选择省级贫协组织而不是基层或者是中央层级进行研究,是为了再现江苏省贫协在当时的历史进程中所扮演的角色,探讨贫协在“以阶级斗争为纲”的历史背景下,是如何指导参与江苏省农村的相关工作,加深对贫协的性质和历史作用的认识。以此,为我们当前农村基层组织建设提供历史借鉴,使基层组织在社会主义新农村建设的历史进程中发挥更大的作用。 文章分为六部分,第一部分为文献综述和研究方法；第二部分为江苏省贫下中农协会产生的历史背景；第三部分是江苏省贫协的组织结构及演变,对其全貌进行分析；第四部分文章从发展会员,学习毛泽东著作,组织贫下中农报告团和展览会,信访工作几个方面来分析贫协是如何在农村开展工作,以及其在其中扮演的角色；第五部分是通过对江苏省贫协在上世纪六七十年代参与的政治运动的介绍和分析,通过具体的事例,理清贫协的作用；第六部分是对贫协的总结,主要从角色、作用和性质几个方面进行分析,本文通过分析认为,贫协是党在农村阶级助手,从根本上来说其是一个阶级组织。贫协在农村所充当的角色就是组织和发动农民参与政治运动,贯彻党在农村推行的阶级路线,巩固党在农村的领导,这就决定了江苏省贫下中农组织更多的具有政治性和阶级性,当然我们也不能忽略在当时的历史条件下,贫协在组织农民抵御天灾,兴修水利等基础设施,推动农村经济建设方面的作用。
[Abstract]:Jiangsu Provincial Poor and Lower Middle Peasants Association was established in the 1960s in the "four Qing" movement in rural areas, the provincial poverty association organization with the responsibility of carrying out political movements in rural areas. In order to reproduce the role played by the Jiangsu Poverty Association in the historical process at that time, and to explore the historical background of "taking class struggle as its outline," the provincial poverty association was chosen to conduct research at the provincial level rather than at the grass-roots level or at the central level, in order to reproduce the role played by the Jiangsu Provincial Poverty Association in the historical process at that time. How to guide and participate in the rural work of Jiangsu Province, deepen the understanding of the nature and historical role of poverty association. In this way, it can provide us with historical reference for the construction of rural grass-roots organizations and make them play a greater role in the historical process of the construction of new socialist countryside. The article is divided into six parts, the first part is the literature review and research methods; the second part is the historical background of the poor middle peasant association in Jiangsu Province; the third part is the organization structure and evolution of the poverty association in Jiangsu Province, and the whole picture is analyzed. The fourth part of the article from the development of members, study Mao Zedong works, organize poor middle peasants report groups and exhibitions, letters and visits work to analyze how the poor in rural areas, as well as its role in the work; The fifth part is the introduction and analysis of the political movement of Jiangsu Poverty Association in the 1960s and 1970s, through concrete examples, to clarify the role of poverty association; The sixth part is a summary of the poor association, mainly from the role, role and nature of the analysis, through analysis, the poor association is the party in the rural class assistant, fundamentally speaking, it is a class organization.
