[Abstract]:The 1920s was the culmination of the Chinese women's political participation movement. Under the influence of "provincial autonomy", "national conference movement" and western women's political participation movement, advanced intellectuals put forward the idea of women participating in politics, and various provinces organized women's political participation groups one after another, which caused widespread concern in the society at that time. This paper aims to discuss the origin and development of women's political participation thoughts and sports by means of case studies, comparative studies and so on, combining with the literature and the review of the times in the 1920s, and with the study of women's political participation in 1920s as the object of study, this paper discusses the origin and development of women's political participation. Try to reproduce the true face of women's participation in politics. This text is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the women's political participation in the early years of the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. First of all, it combs the thoughts of women participating in politics in the late Qing Dynasty, then discusses the women's political participation movement in the early years of the Republic of China, mainly including Sun Zhongshan's attitude towards women's political participation, as well as the political participation activities of Tang Qunying and other feminists. The second part analyzes the background of women's political participation in 1920's. This part focuses on the "provincial autonomy", the "National Conference Movement" and the Western women's political participation movement, how they make the women's political participation movement rise, and then formed the second upsurge of women's political participation. The third part discusses the thoughts of women participating in politics in 1920's. Some advanced intellectuals actively advocate women's participation in politics. In their view, women's participation in politics is not only a natural human right, but also the guarantee of women's economic independence and education. At the same time, some conservatives questioned women's political participation from the perspectives of political participation, physiological and psychological, and family responsibilities. With the rise of the Great Revolution, women's participation in politics was regarded as a kind of reformist thought, and gradually melted down for the national revolution. The fourth part introduces the women's political participation movement in 1920s. Firstly, taking Hunan and Guangdong provinces as examples, this paper introduces the women's political participation movement at that time; secondly, it points out that the women's participation in politics is gradually integrated into the flood of the great revolution due to the development of the revolutionary situation and the guidance of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party.
