历史的选择——袁世凯就任“驻扎朝鲜总理交涉通商事宜”的原因探析

【摘要】：1885年10月,袁世凯受清政府之命,全面经管朝鲜事务,是历史的选择,合力的促成。既有自身特殊秉赋的显现,也有吴长庆、李鸿章的鼎力举荐;既有朝鲜国王的盛情邀请,又有日本政治家的旁观建言。身处非常之世的袁世凯,以其非常之才干,把握住了历史的机遇,由此步入了晚清政治舞台的中心地带,揭开了其左右甚至是影响近代中国走向的历史大幕。
[Abstract]:In October 1885, Yuan Shikai was ordered by the Qing government to manage Korean affairs in an all-round way, which was a historical choice and contributed by joint efforts. There are not only the appearance of their own special Fu, but also the strong recommendation of Wu Changqing and Li Hongzhang, as well as the warm invitation of the king of North Korea and the observation and advice of Japanese politicians. Yuan Shikai, who is in a very world, with his great talents, grasped the opportunity of history, thus entered the center of the political stage in the late Qing Dynasty, and opened the historical curtain that influenced the trend of modern China.
