移民合法性与地方文化重构——以秃尾巴老李传说为讨论中心

【摘要】：目前关于秃尾巴老李传说以移民与自然环境、移民与历史研究为主,传说中黑龙白龙之战多被理解为移民与当地居民争夺资源的隐喻,其深层内涵未受关注。以秃尾巴老李传说为讨论对象,应结合黑龙江名称来源、清代移民政策,围绕移民群体合法性展开讨论。秃尾巴老李传说中黑龙白龙之战是在消极移民政策影响下,移民群体借助象征权威体系、根据现实层面土地开发状况为其行为寻求合法依据的文化创造,同时黑龙江地方文化也得以重构。
[Abstract]:At present, the legends of old Li with a bald tail are mainly about immigration and natural environment, migration and history. In legend, the battle of Black Dragon and White Dragon is often understood as a metaphor for immigrants competing for resources with local residents. Its deep connotation has not been paid attention to. Taking the legends of Lao Li with a bald tail as the object of discussion, we should combine the name source of Heilongjiang and the immigration policy of Qing Dynasty. The battle of the Black Dragon and the White Dragon in the legend of Old Lee with no tail is under the influence of negative immigration policies, and the immigrant group relies on a symbolic authority system. According to the actual situation of land development, the cultural creation of seeking legal basis for its behavior, and the reconstruction of Heilongjiang local culture.
