从修改打磨篇目入手,提升志书编纂质量

【摘要】：对篇目修改打磨是确保和提升志书编纂质量的重要举措。在第二轮修志中,修改打磨篇目要做到:与时俱进而改,据实就料而改,精益求精而改,为增强实用性而改;要体现出编纂者的创新精神、服务意识和理性思维,即体现理论指导的高度,推进记载地情的深度,确定记述事物的角度;要切忌修改志稿的随意性,要加强沟通,遵守再次报审等工作程序。作者以《广西通志.旅游志》、《广西通志.土地志》、《广西通志.外事志》、《广西通志.质量技术监督志》等志书为例进行分析。
