【摘要】： 本文以档案为主要材料，通过对浙江地方银行发展演变历史的详细考察，，着重研究了1923—1949年浙江地方银行的管理和经营状况等方面的内容。全文由五章构成：第一章为绪论部分，简要介绍本文的选题缘起、文献综述以及对史料与方法的说明。第二章阐述了浙江地方银行的成立背景及发展演变过程。第三章着重从组织管理、人事管理、财务管理等方面，对浙江地方银行的管理状况进行较为全面的梳理。第四章阐述了浙江地方银行的业务经营状况，并对浙江地方银行的经营特色作初步的分析和总结。第五章为结语部分，简要回顾了浙江地方银行的经营管理情况，并对之作总体评价。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the archives as the main material, through the detailed investigation of the history of the development and evolution of the local banks in Zhejiang Province, focuses on the management and management of the local banks in Zhejiang Province from 1923 to 1949. This paper is composed of five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, which briefly introduces the origin of the topic, literature review and the explanation of historical materials and methods. The second chapter expounds the establishment background and development process of Zhejiang local bank. The third chapter focuses on organizational management, personnel management, financial management and other aspects of Zhejiang local bank management. The fourth chapter expounds the business operation of Zhejiang local banks, and makes a preliminary analysis and summary of the operating characteristics of Zhejiang local banks. The fifth chapter is the conclusion, briefly reviews the management of Zhejiang local banks, and makes a general evaluation of it.
