以“四位一体”的全局观编排城市区志框架结构

【摘要】：国家提出经济建设、政治建设、文化建设和社会建设"四位一体"的总体布局是十分重要的战略转变。第二轮志书编纂必须以"四位一体"观念从宏观高度来精心编排城市区志框架结构,要重视经济、政治、文化、社会四大领域之间相互依存、相互交融、相互促进和有分有合的新特点。同时,要在继承前志基础上从新、精和深方面下功夫,要把以人为本作为出发点和落脚点,而深入分析区情变化和特点是能从宏观和微观结合上全面体现"四位一体"观念的前提。
[Abstract]:The overall layout of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction is a very important strategic change. The second compilation of the annals must take the concept of "four as one" from the macro level to carefully arrange the framework structure of urban history, and attach importance to the interdependence and integration of the four major fields of economy, politics, culture and society. Promote each other and have new characteristics. At the same time, we should work hard on the basis of inheriting the former records from the new, refined and deep aspects, and take the people-oriented approach as the starting point and the foothold. The thorough analysis of the changes and characteristics of the regional situation is the premise to embody the concept of "four in one" from the combination of macro and micro.
