1915—1956年北京会馆的整顿历程略论

【摘要】：1915—1956年,北京市的会馆经民国政府和新中国政府的持续整顿,传统的功能有的消失,有的延续下来,同时增益了部分新功能,政府的干预呈现出日益加强的趋向,这与近代社会变迁新形势、科举的被废除、政治中心的迁移等因素密切相关。由于会馆的废弛导致了馆舍的倾圮,内部滋生腐败、贪渎等现象,国民政府和新中国政府均积极、灵活、稳妥地推行了一系列措施,最后实现了会馆财产向"人民转移"的目标。
[Abstract]:In 1915-1956, the hall in Beijing was continuously rectified by the government of the Republic of China and the Government of New China. Some of the traditional functions disappeared, some continued, and at the same time, some of the new functions were gained, and the intervention of the government showed an increasing trend. This is closely related to the new situation of social change in modern times, the abolition of imperial examination, the transfer of political center and so on. As the collapse of the clubhouse led to the collapse of its premises, corruption and corruption, and so on, both the national government and the government of the people's Republic of China actively, flexibly and prudently carried out a series of measures. Finally, the goal of transferring the property of the hall to the people has been achieved.
