地方综合年鉴的创新定位

【摘要】：这几年,业内对年鉴编纂进行了大量的创新性研究,有些研究是在正确方向上的研究,但有一些是不太切合实际的所谓创新。要把握现阶段中国年鉴出版的正确定位,首先要弄清楚年鉴的性质及年鉴的功能。其功能在于:提供宏观以及相应微观决策资料;提供翔实、全面、权威的国情、地情资料,为经济建设和科学研究提供佐证;为国情教育提供生动具体的教材。而这些特殊功能决定了年鉴读者群的非大众性。因此,地方综合(专业)年鉴只有本着年鉴出版的本质特性,立足地方特色,提高品位和质量,为当地经济建设和社会发展服好务,才是年鉴事业健康持久发展和长期生存的准确定位。
[Abstract]:In recent years, a lot of innovative research has been done on yearbook compilation in the industry, some of which are in the right direction, but some are impractical so-called innovations. In order to grasp the correct orientation of the publication of the yearbook in China at the present stage, we must first find out the nature and function of the yearbook. Its functions are: to provide macro and corresponding micro decision-making data; to provide detailed, comprehensive and authoritative information on national conditions and land conditions, to provide evidence for economic construction and scientific research; and to provide vivid and concrete teaching materials for national conditions education. These special functions determine the non-popularity of yearbook readers. Therefore, the local comprehensive yearbook is only based on the essential characteristics of the yearbook publication, based on the local characteristics, improve the grade and quality, and serve the local economic construction and social development well, which is the accurate orientation of the healthy and lasting development and long-term survival of the yearbook cause.
