汉文化形成中的“巫蛊”考义、嬗变与规制——以西汉年间巫蛊案为线索

【摘要】:根据正史,"巫蛊"二字的习惯性合用肇始于汉武帝征和年间的巫蛊之祸。学者论及巫蛊,往往杂糅厌魅、蛊毒、左道、谶纬、妖言等多种行为一并探讨,但对巫与蛊的本质区别以及巫蛊之祸本身,并未结合历史、法律与文化多个层面作出更细致的考察。巫者与史家同源已成为学界既定之论,这一群体在上古时期掌卜筮祭祀,社会地位极高;而左道、厌胜等蛊术却多为后世律令明确禁止。巫蛊案的发生、巫蛊语义的变迁,表征着汉代官方对巫者态度转变,背后所暗藏的是地域与族群,官方古典与民俗等多个系统之间的文化传播、冲突与融合。
[Abstract]:According to the official history, the habitual combination of the word "witchcraft" originated from the evil of witchcraft and witchcraft in the reign of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty. When scholars talk about witchcraft, they often mix sorcery, poison, left way, prophecy, evil words and so on. However, the essential difference between witchcraft and the evil of witchcraft and witchcraft itself has not been combined with history, law and culture to make a more detailed investigation. The origin of witchcraft and historian has become the established theory in academic circles. In ancient times, this group held divination and sacrifice, and its social status was very high. But Zuo Dao, such as disgust to win and so on, is forbidden explicitly for later generations. The occurrence of witchcraft case and the vicissitudes of witchcraft semantics represent the change of the official attitude towards the witchcraft in the Han Dynasty, behind which lies the region and the ethnic group. Cultural communication, conflict and integration between official classical and folklore systems.
