明清时期西北地区僧职土司研究

【摘要】：僧职土司是广泛存在于西北甘青地区的一种土司类型,以世袭僧官领少数民族地方军事和民政权利,他们和俗界土司一样“世有其地、世管其民、世统其兵、世袭其职”,对少数民族地区的社会发展产生了重要影响。作为一种独特的土司类型,学界对明清时期西北地区僧职土司问题鲜有论及,是土司研究中的薄弱环节,具有较大的研究空间。文章在前人研究成果的基础上,根据史料记载,对西北地区僧职土司的内涵、概况进行了探讨,对其特征进行了分析。梳理了明清时期僧职土司的分布,认为该种土司类型主要分布于今甘肃河岷洮地区、青海西宁地区和四川部分地区,这些地区不仅是少数民族聚居区域而且也是受藏传佛教影响较为深入的地区。僧职土司的承袭具有其独特的特征,受到藏传佛教宗教习俗和土司政治习俗的双重影响,以家族内的世袭为主。僧职土司作为西北地区重要的一种政治类型,与诸多方面产生联系,文章对其中较为重要的僧职土司与中央政府、寺院、地方势力及土民的关系问题进行了分析,以求厘清僧职土司在地方权力系统中的地位和作用。
[Abstract]:Monk Tusi is a kind of Tusi widely existing in the northwest Ganqing area. It takes hereditary monk officials to lead the local military and civil rights of the minority nationalities. They have their own land, the world manages their people, and the world unifies their troops, just like the vulgar Tusi. As a unique type of Tusi, scholars seldom discussed the issue of Monk Tusi in Northwest China during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Is the weak link in the study of toast, has a large research space. Based on the previous research results, according to historical records, the paper discusses the connotation and general situation of pastoral toast in Northwest China. This paper analyzes its characteristics, combs the distribution of Monk Tusi in Ming and Qing dynasties, and thinks that this type of Tusi is mainly distributed in He-Mintao area of Gansu Province, Xining area in Qinghai and some areas in Sichuan Province. These areas are not only inhabited by ethnic minorities, but also deeply influenced by Tibetan Buddhism. The succession of Monk Tusi has its unique characteristics. Influenced by the religious customs of Tibetan Buddhism and the political customs of Tusi, the patriarchal clan is the main one. As an important political type in Northwest China, Monk Tusi has been connected with many aspects. This paper analyzes the relationship between the Monk Tusi and the central government, monasteries, local forces and the natives, in order to clarify the position and role of the Monk Tusi in the local power system.
