盐铁会议主题考

【摘要】：学界对于盐铁会议长久以来存在一个误区,认为会前即确定以盐铁酒专营为会议主题。基于这种认识,人们的关注点主要集中在盐铁问题上。然而分析关于会议召开的八条史料,结合政治背景、会议性质以及《盐铁论》所论诸项内容,可知会前所定主题应是"问民所疾苦"。包括盐铁专营等议题都是论辩过程中响应这个主题而展开的,是"问民所疾苦"主题下的结果,而非会议召开的原因。明确这一因果关系,对正确认识盐铁会议具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Academic circles have long had a misconception about salt and iron conferences, thinking that the theme of the conference should be the exclusive franchise of salt and iron liquor before the meeting. Based on this understanding, People's focus is mainly on the issue of salt and iron. However, by analyzing the eight historical materials concerning the holding of the conference, combining with the political background, the nature of the meeting and the contents of the "Salt and Iron Theory", We can see that the theme set before the meeting should be "asking the people for their sufferings". The topics, including the exclusive franchise of salt and iron, were launched in response to this theme in the course of the debate and were the result of the theme of "asking the people to suffer." It is of great significance to understand the salt-iron conference correctly.
