宋朝平蜀后消弭孟氏政权影响措施刍议

【摘要】：宋朝平定蜀地后,在四川地区采取了多项消除孟氏政权影响的举措,如将孟氏君臣迁出蜀地、全盘收编后蜀军队、长期限制川官来源、实施多项减负政策等,并在依托现有教育条件和尊重当地风俗的前提下,颁布律令对四川地区陋习旧俗进行革新,重点突出以律法主导教化事宜。这些举措的实施,符合四川地区历史发展的特点,消弭了后蜀统治者对当地民众的影响,为宋朝对四川地区的控制由形式走向内在奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:After the Song Dynasty calmed down the Shu area, many measures were taken to eliminate the influence of the Mencius regime in Sichuan, such as the removal of Meng's monarchs from the Shu area, the complete reorganization of the Shu army, the long-term restriction of the sources of Sichuan officials, and the implementation of a number of policies to reduce the burden, and so on. And on the premise of relying on existing educational conditions and respecting local customs, laws and orders were issued to reform the bad customs and customs in Sichuan, with emphasis on the legal-led teaching matters. The implementation of these measures conforms to the characteristics of the historical development of the Sichuan region. It eliminated the influence of the post-Shu rulers on the local people and laid the foundation for the Song Dynasty to control the Sichuan area from the form to the inner.
