崇祯年间江南的灾荒与应对

【摘要】：有明一代,灾荒不断,迨至崇祯年间情况更加严重。崇祯年间江南地区的灾荒可以说是明末灾荒中的一个缩影。本文以崇祯年间江南灾荒与应对为研究对象,综合运用历史学、统计学和灾害学等相关学科的理论与方法,多层次、多角度对该时期江南灾荒的概况、原因和影响进行论述,考察灾荒发生后政府和民间对灾荒的应对,重点解读救荒的方法和措施。全文分为四个部分。第一部分,对崇祯年间江南地区八府一州的水、旱、蝗、潮、疫、风、雹、地震和饥荒分别进行时空分析,指出崇祯年间江南灾荒具有多样性、并发性、频发性、延续性和广泛性等特点。第二部分,对崇祯年间江南灾荒的原因进行了分析,指出了导致这一时期江南灾荒严重的原因。第三部分,对灾荒的影响做了探讨。主要从灾荒对经济、民生和社会秩序三方面来进行考察。第四部分,探讨社会对灾荒的应对,指出在中央政府救荒能力日益萎靡的情况之下,地方政府和民间力量在救荒中发挥了重要的作用。
[Abstract]:In the Ming Dynasty, the famine was unceasing, and the situation was even more serious during the period from Chongzhen to Chongzhen. The famine in the southern part of the Yangtze River during the Chongzhen period can be said to be a microcosm of the famine in the late Ming Dynasty. This paper, taking the famine and response in the southern part of the Yangtze River during the Chongzhen period as the research object, comprehensively applied history. The theories and methods of statistics, disaster science and other related disciplines, multi-level and multi-angle discussion on the general situation, causes and effects of the famine in the south of the Yangtze River during this period, and the investigation of the response of the government and the people to the famine after the famine occurred. Focus on the interpretation of the methods and measures of famine relief. The paper is divided into four parts. In the first part, the spatiotemporal analysis of the flood, drought, locust, tide, epidemic, wind, hail, earthquake and famine in the eight provinces and one state in the southern part of the Yangtze River during the Chongzhen period is carried out, and it is pointed out that the famine in the south of the Yangtze River during the Chongzhen period has diversity and concurrency. The second part analyzes the causes of the famine in the south of the Yangtze River during the Chongzhen period, and points out the causes of the severe famine in the south of the Yangtze River during this period. This paper discusses the impact of famine. It mainly investigates the impact of famine on economy, people's livelihood and social order. Part 4th discusses the social response to famine, and points out that the central government's ability to rescue famine is declining day by day. Local governments and folk forces played an important role in the relief of famine.
