定难军节度使考略

【摘要】：定难军节度使是唐末五代的西北藩镇,西夏史研究学者多把定难军政权看作是西夏王朝的前身。从宏观历史来看,定难军的一步步发展壮大始终与中原王朝有着密切的联系。唐末拓跋思恭因协助唐朝镇压黄巢起义而被封定难军节度使,党项拓跋氏始有夏州政权,而唐末至宋初,战乱频繁,政权频迭,而中央政府孱弱,无暇西顾,使得定难军节度使在混乱的政局中崛起,所以定难军政权的延续性与中央政权兴衰紧密结合。定难军节度使的核心区域在其五州之地,五州之地处于农牧交接地带,经济发展较为滞后,但是五州之地具有很高军事价值,也是丝绸之路的重要通道,这也是党项能够立足西北的重要原因。定难军五州土地贫瘠,加上军费开支庞大,故定难军政权的经济对中央政府和中原地区有很大的仰赖性。定难军节度使内部官制基本沿袭了唐末以来的藩镇官制,分为文职僚佐和武职僚佐,通过对定难军内部官制的梳理,进一步分析定难军政权的运行机制和人员构成,从而探讨定难军内部能够保持相对稳定的原因。
[Abstract]:During the late Tang Dynasty and the five dynasties, it was a town in Northwest China. Scholars in the history of the Western Xia regarded the military regime as the predecessor of the Western Xia Dynasty. From the macro history, The gradual development and growth of the Dingzheng Army has always been closely related to the Central Plains Dynasty. In the late Tang Dynasty, trudging was sealed for assisting the Tang Dynasty to suppress the Huangchao uprising, and the party began to have the Xia state regime in the end of the Tang Dynasty and the beginning of the Song Dynasty, and the wars were frequent from the end of the Tang Dynasty to the beginning of the Song Dynasty. The central government is weak, and the central government has no time to look west, making the difficult military regime rise in a chaotic political situation. Therefore, the continuity of the difficult military regime is closely linked to the rise and fall of the central regime. The core areas of the military regime in the central government are located in its five states. The land of the five states is located in the transition between agriculture and pastoral areas, and the economic development is lagging behind. However, the land of the five states has high military value and is also an important passage of the Silk Road, which is also an important reason for the Party to be able to base itself on the northwest. In addition, because of the huge military expenditure, the economy of the difficult military regime depends heavily on the central government and the Central Plains region. The internal government system basically follows the San Francisco government system since the end of the Tang Dynasty, which is divided into civilian aides and military assistants. By combing the internal official system of the enforcements, this paper further analyzes the operating mechanism and personnel composition of the regime, and probes into the reasons for the relative stability within the enforcements.
