【摘要】：唐宋之际是洛阳城市地位的一个转折期。关中本位政策是统一天下的政策,国家统一以后,历史的天平就开始向以洛阳为中心的东方倾斜,这就是唐代洛阳政治地位如此重要的原因。宋代皇权的阶级基础是平民地主阶级,宋代皇权的武装基础是庞大的职业军队,因为平民地主阶级与职业募兵都脱离了对宗族乡里社会的依附,所以"以地为险"让位于"以兵为险",长安、洛阳作为国家都城的时代也结束了。
[Abstract]:The Tang and Song dynasties was a turning point in Luoyang's urban status. The Guanzhong standard policy was a policy of unifying the world. After the reunification of the country, the balance of history began to tilt towards the east, with Luoyang as the center. This is why the political status of Luoyang in the Tang Dynasty is so important. The class foundation of the imperial power in the Song Dynasty is the civilian landlord class, and the armed foundation of the imperial power in the Song Dynasty is the huge professional army. Because the civilian landlords and professional recruiters were separated from the clansmen's rural society, the era of Changan and Luoyang as the capital of the country ended.
