齐政修教:明清时期土司地区国家治理方略

【摘要】："齐政修教"是明清时期中央政府治理土司地区的一种方略。其中,"齐政"作为国家治理土司地区的目标,主要体现在土司地区与经制州县政务的"齐政"和土司地区的土司相关制度"齐政"。"修教"是国家治理土司地区的举措,具体有二:一是土司地区建立多种学校,二是强制土司及子弟入学读书。"修教"的绩效十分显著:不仅加速了主流价值在土司地区的广泛传播,改变了土司地区民众的习俗,而且维护了土司地区的社会稳定,促进了改土归流在土司地区的顺利实施。
[Abstract]:"Qi Zheng Xiu Jiao" is a general plan for the central government to govern the Tusi area during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Among them, "Qi Zheng" was regarded as the goal of the country to govern the Tusi region. It is mainly reflected in "Qi Zheng" in the Tusi region and in the administrative affairs of the county of Jingzhi Prefecture, and in the relevant system of the toast region "Qi Zheng." the "religious training" is a national measure to govern the toast area. There are two specific measures: first, the Tusi region establishes a variety of schools, and the other is the establishment of a variety of schools in the Tusi region. Second, compulsory access to tux and their children. The performance of "teaching and learning" was very remarkable: it not only accelerated the widespread spread of mainstream values in the region of toast, changed the customs of the people in the region of toast, but also maintained the social stability of the region of toast. It has promoted the smooth implementation of the improved soil return flow in the Tusi area.
