【摘要】：丰富多彩的游艺活动是古人放松精神、娱乐身心、陶冶情操的重要活动之一，，也是我国传统文化的重要组成部分。作为一种社会文化现象，游艺活动的形成和发展与人类社会与文化的发展演变有着密切的联系，在一定程度上反映了历史的兴盛与衰亡，也反映了特定历史时期社会文化生活的面貌和特征。宋王朝的建立结束了唐末、五代十国以来的纷乱局面，开创了稳定安宁的社会文化环境和相对清明宽松的政治环境，使经济得到长足发展，形成了大量的商业城市，促使了市民阶层及市民文化的兴起。在这种历史环境下，两宋游艺活动在继承前朝历代的基础上，其形式展现出世俗化、综合化、商业化的时代特征，并逐渐走向成熟，形成了固定的模式，为后世所继承。同时，在周边民族政权的影响下，各民族游艺活动相互促进、共同发展，使两宋游艺活动呈现出独特的韵味和丰富的色彩。本文通过正史、文集、笔记小说、诗词、绘画、雕塑、野史逸闻、小说话本、民间传说等文献资料，结合历史学、社会学、文学、艺术、宗教学、经济学、旅游学等学科，运用文献分析和比较的方法，就宋代游艺活动的内容、形式、发展演变、社会文化特征、存在环境以及交流影响等方面进行分析探讨，以展现两宋时期的社会风貌和文化特征，并凸显两宋游艺活动在古代社会文化生活中的重要作用。
[Abstract]:The colorful recreation activities are one of the important activities for the ancients to relax their spirits, entertain their bodies and minds, and cultivate their sentiment, and are also an important part of our traditional culture. As a social and cultural phenomenon, The formation and development of recreational activities are closely related to the development and evolution of human society and culture, reflecting to a certain extent the rise and decline of history, as well as the appearance and characteristics of social and cultural life in a specific historical period. The establishment of the Song Dynasty ended the chaos in the late Tang Dynasty and the five dynasties and Ten Kingdoms, created a stable and peaceful social and cultural environment and a relatively loose political environment for Pure Brightness, made the economy develop rapidly, and formed a large number of commercial cities. In this historical environment, on the basis of inheriting the previous dynasties, the forms of recreation activities in the Song Dynasty showed the characteristics of secularization, integration and commercialization, and gradually matured. At the same time, under the influence of the political power of the surrounding nationalities, the recreation activities of all nationalities promoted each other and developed together, which made the recreation activities of the two Song dynasties show a unique charm and rich color. This paper combines history, sociology, literature, art, religion, economics, tourism, and so on through official history, anthology, note-taking novels, poetry, painting, sculpture, wild history, novels, folklore, etc. By means of literature analysis and comparison, this paper analyzes and discusses the contents, forms, evolution, social and cultural characteristics, existing environment and the influence of communication of the recreational activities of the Song Dynasty in order to show the social and cultural features of the two Song dynasties. And highlights the two Song Dynasty recreation activities in the ancient social and cultural life of the important role.
