岳飞、袁崇焕之死的原因与痛点解析

【摘要】：正从历史的角度来看,曾经约定不杀大臣的宋朝,开160余年之先河,以"莫须有"的罪名冤杀了岳飞。到了明代,崇祯帝再次冤杀袁崇焕。这两次领导悲剧不仅使民族背负了屈辱,冤案的制造者本人同样以害人不利己乃至害人更害己的结果得到了报应。因此,探究这类领导悲剧的成因,方能在未来避免类似的悲剧。下面主要以岳飞、袁崇焕被冤杀的历史事实来加以诠释。一、宋高宗杀岳飞的三大缘由:保自己的皇位,拿岳飞做交易,顺应内斗要求
[Abstract]:From a historical point of view, the Song Dynasty, which had agreed not to kill ministers, was the first to kill Yue Fei for more than 160 years. Emperor Chongzhen killed Yuan Chonghuan again. These two tragedies of leadership not only saddled the nation with humiliation, but also resulted in the retribution of the perpetrators themselves for harming others, not for themselves, or even for harming themselves more. Therefore, explore the causes of such tragedies of leadership. Only in the future can we avoid similar tragedies. The following is mainly explained by the historical fact that Yue Fei and yuan Chonghuan were unjustly killed.
