【摘要】：《驻粤八旗志》是关于广州驻防八旗的一部综合性志书,由长善等人主撰,光绪五年于广州龙藏街邵元阁刊印。该书内容齐全、广征博引,对广州八旗驻防的设置原因、军事编制、驻防设施、钱粮制度、科举和文化发展等多个方面的状况作了详细的记述,是探究广州八旗驻防制度的主要文献资料。同时对于研究清代八旗制度有着比必不可少的补充作用。本论文以《驻粤八旗志》为研究对象,第一章主要梳理《驻粤八旗志》的三位主撰人的生平、个人著作以及《驻粤八旗志》版本的情况,第二章以《驻粤八旗志》内容为研究中心,探索广州八旗驻防的设置原因、设置始末,深入探究广州驻防"旗境"的驻防设施和管理措施以及八旗的俸饷制度、军事编制、文化教育等情况。其中在军事方面,将着重梳理广州驻防八旗为满足国防的需求而进行的改革,如新式武器的引进,八旗水师改步军营等等。在奉饷方面,将着重梳理为缓解由于驻防旗人人口的增多而引发的旗人生计问题而采取的多种措施。第三章是对《驻粤八旗志》的评价,从不同方面探究《驻粤八旗志》的编撰特点和文献价值。
[Abstract]:The "eight banners in Guangdong" is a comprehensive chronicle about the eight banners of Guangzhou garrison. Written by Chang Shan and others, Guang Xu published in Shao Yuange, Longzang Street, Guangzhou, in five years. The book is complete in content, widely recruited and widely cited, and the reasons for setting up the garrison of the eight banners in Guangzhou. The military establishment, garrison facilities, money and grain system, imperial examinations and cultural development are described in detail. At the same time, it is necessary to study the system of the eight banners in the Qing Dynasty. This paper takes the "eight Banner in Guangdong" as the research object. The first chapter mainly combs the life of the three main writers of the eight Banner in Guangdong, personal works and the edition of the eight Banner in Guangdong. The second chapter takes the contents of the eight Banner in Guangdong as the research center to explore the reasons for the setting up of the garrison of the eight Banner in Guangzhou. From the beginning to the end, we will deeply explore the garrison facilities and management measures of Guangzhou garrison "flag border", as well as the salary and pay system of the eight banners, military establishment, culture and education, etc. Among them, in the military aspect, Emphasis will be placed on combing the reforms carried out by the eight banners of Guangzhou garrison to meet the needs of national defense, such as the introduction of new weapons, the shift of the eight-banners water division to military barracks, and so on. In terms of pay, Emphasis will be placed on the various measures taken to alleviate the livelihood problems caused by the increase in the population of the flag guards. Chapter three is the evaluation of the "eight banners in Guangdong". This paper probes into the compiling characteristics and literature value of the eight banners in Guangdong from different aspects.
