北齐灭亡原因新论——以怀朔勋贵子弟军中地位为中心

【摘要】：斛律光、段韶等少数怀朔勋贵子弟,掌握着北齐军队主力晋阳九州军士的控制权。他们在北齐皇帝与宗王权力斗争中,支持主张维持军政分权的宗王,是影响北齐政局的重要势力。在北齐皇帝恩P屠戮斛律光、极力控制军队的形势下,怀朔勋贵子弟大多蜕化为只顾自己权益,听命皇权的军功寄生官僚。为防止怀朔勋贵子弟和宗王联合再掌军权,即便面临亡国危险,高纬和恩P仍频频打压怀朔勋贵子弟和宗王,成为北齐灭亡的重要原因。北周灭齐是对怀朔勋贵子弟政治、经济及社会关系的沉重打击,使其群体无法再作为对政局有影响的政治势力而存在,消失在周隋之际中国统一的大潮中。
