明刻本《盐法条例》考

【摘要】：《盐法条例》一书,由两淮巡盐御史许三省编纂,成书于万历三年(1575),刊刻于万历四年。此书流传甚罕,古今藏书目录绝少著录。《盐法条例》共二十二卷,现存卷十一、十二两卷,主要收录了嘉靖十二年至十五年(1533—1536)诸位巡盐御史的奏疏和户部的回应。这些奏疏,大多不见他书收录,故而此书在版本、校勘、辑佚等方面价值颇高。这些盐务官员的奏疏和户部的回应,不仅反映了当时盐业生产、运输、销售诸环节中出现的突出问题,并且可以从中了解到各级官员提出的解决问题的办法。《盐法条例》所记载的史实,既是经济问题,也是政治问题。
[Abstract]:"Salt Law regulations" a book compiled by the Lianghuai inspection of salt Shi Xu three provinces, the book in three years of Wanli 1575, printed in Wanli four years. This book is very rare, ancient and modern bibliographies are rarely catalogued. "Salt Law regulations" a total of 22 volumes, the existing volume 11, 12 volumes, mainly collected Jiajing 12 to 15 years of 1533-1536) you tour the history of salt and the response of the Department. Most of these books are not included in other books, so this book is of great value in edition, collation, collection and so on. The response of these salt officials and the Ministry of Household Affairs not only reflected the prominent problems in the production, transportation and sale of salt at that time, The historical facts recorded in the Salt Law regulations are not only economic problems but also political problems.
