亲近有方,疏远有度:朱元璋的人际距离艺术

【摘要】:正现代心理学家依据亲密程度将人际距离分为亲密距离、个人距离、社交距离、公众距离四种心理距离,引申一下,可以用亲、近、疏、远四字概括。领导者把握好人际心理距离,有利于延揽人才和管理下属,取得事业上的成功。明太祖朱元璋在元末乱世风云变幻之际乘时而起,虽为"淮右布衣",却成就了一统华夏和"洪武之治"的历史伟业。这一局面的出现绝非偶然,它与朱元璋的人才政策息息相关。其中,朱元璋的人际距离艺术尤为世人所赞。剖析其人才管理之法,对于当下领导具有一定的启示和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:According to the degree of intimacy, modern psychologists divide interpersonal distance into four kinds of psychological distance: intimate distance, personal distance, social distance, and public distance. Leaders grasp interpersonal psychological distance, which is helpful to recruit talents and manage subordinates, and achieve success in their career. Zhu Yuanzhang, the emperor of the Ming Dynasty, rose from time to time during the turbulent times in the late Yuan Dynasty. Although he was "Huai You-yi", he achieved the historical great cause of unified China and Hongwu Government. The emergence of this situation is no accident, it is closely linked with Zhu Yuanzhang's talent policy. Among them, Zhu Yuanzhang's interpersonal distance art is especially praised by the world. Analyzing the method of talent management has certain enlightenment and reference significance for current leaders.
