【摘要】：清代布伦托海官办屯田初设于1867年,规模未具。瑞洵担任科布多参赞大臣期间,奉命将垦田作为边防最大之政,筹措经费,招募屯员,调拨物料,设立台站,建仓置舍,兴修水利,开垦屯田,使布伦托海屯田初具规模,对布伦托海乃至整个阿尔泰地区产生了积极的影响。
[Abstract]:In the Qing Dynasty, the government-run Tuntian was set up in 1867. During his tenure as Counsellor of Kobdo, RuiXun was instructed to take the reclamation field as the biggest policy of frontier defense, to raise funds, to recruit staff, to allocate materials, to set up stations, to build warehouses and houses, to build water conservancy projects, and to open up fields for open fields, so that the opening up of fields in the Brentohai area took shape. It has had a positive impact on the Brento Sea and the entire Altai region.
