由俭入奢:论北宋士大夫饮食风尚的演变

【摘要】：北宋士大夫饮食风尚的演变与政治环境和社会风气的变化存在着密切关系。纵观北宋一代士大夫的饮食风尚,呈现出以下几个阶段性特征:北宋初年,前朝遗风和宋初提倡的尚俭风气并存;真、仁、英时期,士大夫宴饮之风勃兴,这一潮流遍及京城乃至全国各地,而范仲淹等名士所倡导的俭朴作风则起到了砥砺士气的作用,确保此时期士风的积极有为;神、哲时期,由于党争的影响,形成多元化的饮食风尚,不仅俭奢之风并存,而且士大夫饮食风尚呈现出尚雅和精致化的趋势;靖康年间,宋王朝浮华背后充满了危机,以蔡京为首的权臣士大夫上媚朝廷、下欺黎民,他们所崇尚的奢靡饮食风尚弥漫至朝野上下,加速了北宋王朝的灭亡。
[Abstract]:There is a close relationship between the evolution of dietetic fashion and the change of political environment and social ethos in Northern Song Dynasty. Throughout the Northern Song Dynasty, the eating style of the literati and officials of the first generation of the Northern Song Dynasty showed the following characteristics: in the early period of the Northern Song Dynasty, the legacy of the former Dynasty and the style of thrift advocated by the early Song Dynasty co-existed, and the style of feasting was flourishing in the true, benevolent, and British periods. This trend has spread throughout the capital and all over the country, and the frugal style advocated by famous people such as Fan Zhongyan has played a role in strengthening morale and ensuring the positive and positive performance of scholars in this period. In the period of God and philosophy, due to the influence of the party struggle, To form a diversified diet style, not only thrift and extravagance coexisted, but also the literati and officials' eating fashion showed a trend of elegance and refinement. During Jingkang's reign, the glory of the Song Dynasty was full of crisis, and the officials of the imperial ministers headed by Cai Jing went to the court to fawn on the court. Below deceives the people, they advocate extravagant food style pervades the government and the public, accelerated the Northern Song Dynasty's demise.
