明代文官复姓制度与运行实态

【摘要】：复姓制度是明代礼乐制度建设的内容之一。洪武三年首次颁令允许官吏人等奏告复姓,洪武二十六年、隆庆三年又陆续推出新规。它们共同构成文官复姓制度的基本内容。文官复姓事例最早出现在洪武初年,然复姓操作步入制度轨道大体始于宣德年间。嘉靖初年,按制度程序复姓已为常态。至万历一二十年代,京官与地方官的复姓方式出现分化:在京文官仍依照个人具奏、吏部办理的原有复姓模式,而地方文官则采取个人申文,地方有司备案、查勘、合议后由抚、按代题的新模式。这一调整使地方文官的复姓流程更趋合理和具有效率,同时也折射出明后期抚、按地方权力日渐增强的事实。
[Abstract]:The system of compound surname is one of the contents of the construction of the system of ceremony and music in Ming Dynasty.
