论明仁宗对北边防卫的调整与整顿

【摘要】：明仁宗在位时间不足九个月,他对北边防卫进行的调整和整顿对明朝的历史发展和北边防卫有重要意义。首先是安排五军都督府和边防都司及镇守总兵官的人选,其中北边军镇任命了七个镇守总兵官,每给一个总兵官发出指令,都同时给其他总兵官也发一份,显示出对北边军镇一体重视的特点。其次是镇守总兵官将印的颁发,计有大同总兵官、辽东总兵官、宣府总兵官、甘肃总兵官、宁夏总兵官的将印,新铸征虏大将军印和镇朔大将军印。再次是对北边军镇的督察与调整,为解决大同镇高层领导集团内部矛盾将都督佥事沈清调走;用广宁前屯卫剌梨山百户鲍麟的事对沿边镇守总兵官进行普遍的督察和教育;向九边军镇派去专理军机文书的机要人员,这对保障信息的通畅有重要意义。明仁宗的人生经历是他能够重视北边防卫,加强对北边军镇的调整和整顿的根本原因。
[Abstract]:Ming Renzong was in power for less than nine months, and his adjustment and rectification of the northern defense was of great significance to the historical development of the Ming Dynasty and the northern defense. First of all, arrangements are made for the five armed forces to be appointed to the Government House, the Frontier Defense Department and the Chief Guard officers. Among them, the northern army town has appointed seven chief warders. For every directive given to one chief military officer, they will also issue a copy to the other chief military officers. Show the north side of the town of military attention to the characteristics. The second is the issuance of the chief military officer, including Datong General military Officer, Liaodong General military Officer, Xuanfu General military Officer, Gansu General military Officer, Ningxia General military Officer, the newly cast Krupp General India and the Zhenshuo General Seal.
