名臣廉贪的不同归宿:明代嘉隆万改革中的三面镜子

【摘要】：清廉是官员特别是名臣为政的底线要求,也是为政之本。在嘉隆万改革时期,张居正之前的张璁和同时代的海瑞都用各自的廉正守纪既保全了自己,又对各自时代的政治生态建设做出了积极的贡献。但张居正在担任首辅之后,不能自觉地严格要求自己,更不能真正依法反腐,自身不正,以权谋私,家资丰厚,死后遭到全面清算,对万历政治生态造成了难以估量的负面影响。名臣张璁、海瑞和张居正是明代嘉隆万改革中极具典型意义的三面镜子,是反腐倡廉的典型样本。
[Abstract]:Incorruptness is the bottom line requirement of officials, especially famous officials, and it is also the basis of government. During the period of Jialong Wan reform, Zhang Cong before Zhang Juzheng and Hai Rui of the same era both preserved themselves and made positive contributions to the construction of political ecology in their respective times. However, after serving as the first auxiliary, Zhang Juzheng could not consciously and strictly demand himself, let alone truly fight against corruption according to law. He was not right, used his power for personal gain, had rich family assets, and was fully liquidated after his death. It has caused incalculable negative effects on the political ecology of Wanli. Zhang Cong, Hai Rui and Zhang Juzheng are three mirrors with typical significance in the reform of Jialong Wan in Ming Dynasty.
