医学与社会文化之间——百年来清代医疗史研究述评

【摘要】：近代中国的医史研究发展至今已近百年,研究者的学科构成和研究取向都经历了重要转变。其研究的不仅是医学理论与技术的演变,还有社会文化的变迁,研究者也不再限于医学内部,而成为以历史学为主的人文社会科学界共同的关注。清代医疗史研究可谓是中国医史研究的一个缩影,多角度审视其流变,便可发现其存在的局限与进展的空间。本文对近百年清代医疗史研究做一概览性的梳理,力图在国际医史研究的脉络中审视其历程、特征以及意义与趋向,认为打通学科壁垒,以跨学科的视野和理念,在医学与社会文化之间发现、思考和解决问题,创建相对独立的医史学科,无论是对医学还是历史学深入发展来说,都将具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:The research on medical history in modern China has been developed for nearly 100 years, and the subject composition and research orientation of the researchers have undergone important changes. Its research is not only the evolution of medical theory and technology, but also the change of social culture. The study of medical history in Qing Dynasty is a microcosm of the study of Chinese medical history. This paper makes an overview of the study of the medical history of the Qing Dynasty in the last hundred years, tries hard to examine its course, characteristics, significance and trend in the context of the international medical history research, and thinks that it can break through the barrier of the subject in order to have an interdisciplinary view and idea. It is of great significance to find out between medicine and social culture, to think and solve problems and to establish a relatively independent discipline of medical history, both for the further development of medicine and history.
