顾炎武“抱布为商贾”小考

【摘要】：正顾炎武早年有过从商的经历,但对自己经营何物并无说明。学者多认为他最初贩卖布匹,后来改为经营药材。但判断顾氏贩卖布匹的依据,仅有顾氏友人万寿祺所言"顾子抱布为商贾"一语。笔者以为,"抱布"未必等同于"经营布匹",其经营之物或当另有所属。以下对这一问题略作辨析,或为学界研究顾氏生平略有助益。关于自己的经商活动,顾炎武有两首诗曾经谈及。其一为《流转》(又作《翦发》),描述从商的
