秦汉时期吏卒归宁制度新探

【摘要】：丧假为秦汉时期吏卒休假名目之一种。传世文献中所记录的丧葬礼俗,多关涉二千石以上的高级官僚,丧制屡经变革。出土的简牍材料则从法律与行政的层面反映了更为基层的且显著不同的吏卒宁告面貌。包括吏卒的具体指涉与行丧的对象、丧假的长短变化、宁毕服役等问题。由秦至汉,既有承袭,又有区别。秦时丧假政策较为严苛,至汉则删繁就简,显示了国家的"体恤"态度。与此同时,为家中女性成员的奔丧规制,显示了当时社会里母亲的较高地位和作为妻子的女性逐步受到重视。
[Abstract]:Bereavement leave is a kind of official's leave of absence in Qin and Han dynasties. The funeral customs recorded in the ancient literature involve more than 2,000 stone senior bureaucrats and the funeral system has been reformed repeatedly. The unearthed slips and slips reflect the more grass-roots and distinct appearance of officials' pawn from the aspect of law and administration. Including the specific reference and bereavement object, the change of bereavement leave, Ningbi service and other issues. From Qin to Han, both inherited and different. Qin bereavement policy is more stringent, Han to delete simplicity, showing the country's "compassionate" attitude. At the same time, the regulation of mourning for female family members shows that the higher status of mothers and the importance of women as wives are gradually being paid attention to at that time.
