【摘要】：清代《圣谕广训》是清朝皇帝钦定的官员和百姓的道德和行为规范,研究其传播和宣讲具有重要的历史意义,已引起学术界的高度关注,产生了一批重要的学术成果。然已有的研究多集中于中原内地,虽然《圣谕广训》是一个全国性的教化文本,但是在不同的地区会有不同的表现和意义,在内地的主要作用是国民教化、道德规范。而在西南少数民族地区,它的作用更多的体现为加强边疆民族的国家认同感,促进全国的思想统一,以便全国各民族共同维护中国的领土完整,使中国能够在稳定的环境下繁荣发展。即便是在现代化的今天,教化在思想教育、国家统一中的作用依然不容忽视,特别是教化在边疆地区的作用与影响,所以,本课题研究的内容就是《圣谕广训》在西南少数民族地区的传播与影响,特别是清王朝同样的制度、政策是如何作用于西南少数民族地区的,及其在不同地区产生的效果的差异性,以便我们取其精华,运用于现在的国民教育当中。所以,《圣谕广训》在西南少数民族地区的传播与影响就更有进一步深入研究的必要。本文的主要内容如下：一、以历史文献研究法为主,对《圣谕广训》的编纂原因与目的进行探讨并分析《圣谕广训》的内容。二、主要是通过对清朝为传播《圣谕广训》而颁布的诏令的分析得出《圣谕广训》的传播进程和传播方式,特别是义学在西南少数民族地区传播《圣谕广训》的作用。三、主要是《圣谕广训》在云南省的传播方式和特点,以国家治理的视角对云南特有的宣讲文本《圣谕注解》进行研究。四、主要是《圣谕广训》在贵州的传播特点及其对贵州少数民族地区的影响。五、主要是《圣谕广训》在广西地区的传播和它在广西少数民族汉化过程中的作用。《圣谕广训》的十六条内容涉及生活、生产、物质、精神的方方面面,可是,由于西南三省的不同地区在自然环境,民族构成,文化背景,经济形式等方面的不一致,同时也存在各地交通条件和地方官贯彻力度的不同,导致《圣谕广训》对各地的影响也不一样,但是,《圣谕广训》的传播在统一各民族思想,加速西南少数民族的汉化进程和提高少数民族的汉文化水平,甚至在减少各地犯罪率等方面的作用是毋庸置疑的。通过对不同地区不同时期的对比,来探索《圣谕广训》的传播对西南各地区因地制宜的影响以及这些影响在西南少数民族地区的发展过程中的作用。

A historical literature research method, reason and purpose of Compiling "Shengyu Guangxun discusses and analysis of < > Shengyu Guangxun >.

The contents of the sixteen < Shengyu Guangxun > relates to life, production, material and spiritual aspects, however, due to the different regions of southwest provinces in the natural environment, ethnic composition, cultural background, different economic forms, there are also around the traffic conditions and official efforts to implement different causes < > on the effect of Shengyu Guangxun around is not the same, however, < > Shengyu Guangxun spread in the unified national ideology, accelerate the localization process of ethnic minorities in Southwest China and improve minority Chinese culture level, even in reducing crime rates around the role is beyond doubt.
