清朝《钦定台规》对当前监察立法的参考

【摘要】：清朝《钦定台规》是我国古代立法水平最高、规定最严密的监察法规。时至今日,该法规的某些规制对我国当前的监察立法建设仍具有重要的参考和借鉴价值。基于这一认识,文章从分析《钦定台规》对监察人员的管理制度及巡视制度等方面的指导思想和细致规定入手,指出了目前我国相关监察立法的不足,相应的阐述了《钦定台规》在监察人员的管理及巡视制度等方面对完善我国监察立法的启示。
[Abstract]:The Qing Dynasty "Imperial Taiwan Regulation" is the highest level of legislation and the most strict supervision law in ancient China. Up to now, some regulations of this law still have important reference and reference value to the current supervision legislation construction of our country. Based on the analysis of the guiding ideology and detailed regulations of the supervisory personnel's management system and the inspection system, the article points out the deficiencies of the relevant supervision legislation in our country at present. This paper expounds the enlightenment of the management of supervisory personnel and the inspection system to the perfection of supervision legislation in China.
