韩信“谋反”真相再探

【摘要】：从互见法的角度来重新审视韩信的"谋反",我们能得出相对客观的结论,即韩信谋反之罪是刘邦、吕后忌惮其能的结果。从互见法的角度分析薄太后为周勃的"辩护"、彭越的冤案、萧何的遭遇等,可以证明韩信的清白。韩信谋反案在档案文书中早有记载,司马迁作为汉朝史官,只能按照"爰书"叙史,这其实是另一种意义的"实录"。对于韩信的悲惨遭遇,司马迁有自己的评判,司马迁通过多处互见法的灵活运用透露出了许多重要信息。
[Abstract]:To re-examine Han Xin's "rebellion" from the perspective of the law of mutual recognition, we can draw a relatively objective conclusion that the crime of the conspiracy of Han Xin is Liu Bang. Lu Hou is afraid of the result of his ability. From the perspective of the law of mutual understanding, the analysis of Queen Mother Bo as Zhou Bo's "defense", Peng Yue's injustice case, Xiao he's encounter, etc., can prove Han Xin's innocence. Han Xin's conspiracy case has long been recorded in the archival documents. Si Maqian, as a historian of the Han Dynasty, can only tell history according to "leading the book." this is in fact a "factual record" of another kind of meaning. As for the tragic experience of Han Xin, Si Maqian has its own judgment. Si Maqian revealed a lot of important information through the flexible application of the mutual-seeing method.
