【摘要】:司马迁是中国古代一位著名的史学家、文学家和思想家,在《史记》中,他或直接表述或通过对历史人物、事件的记写和评说,表达了他的用人思想。司马迁认为用人关系国家的兴亡成败,用人重在识人,用人要适势灵活。司马迁的用人思想既有对前贤用人思想的吸收、发扬,更有其本人的独立见解。司马迁的用人思想对当今人们如何用人具有实际的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Si Maqian is a famous historian, writer and thinker in ancient China. In the Records of the History, he either directly expresses or comments on historical figures and events. Expressing his thinking on employing people. Si Maqian believes that employment is related to the success or failure of the country, that it is important for people to know people, and that they should be suitable for power and flexible. Si Maqian's thinking on employing people both absorbs and develops the thinking of former talents. Si Maqian's thought on how to use people is of practical significance.
