为启蒙开新路——新文化运动之于个体主体性的革命

【摘要】:新文化运动之于启蒙,是一个永远找不到唯一答案的问题。那场运动的一个重要遗产就是将个体从家权、族权、国权的繁重束缚中解脱出来,从一开始便以"自我"出场,掀起一场旨在解放主体的革命。可当儒家纲常伦理退出社会价值体系后,所带来的却并非主体的自由独立,而是失去价值导向的空虚的个人。事实上,这种虚无的"个人主义"现象的出现正是由于在新文化运动中"救亡"压倒了"启蒙","国家主义"权威成为主体新的"外在"统治力量。而解救这一"现代性"弊病的可能途径在于主体"公共理性"的培育。
[Abstract]:The New Cultural Movement is a question that can never be found the only answer to enlightenment. One of the important legacies of that movement was to free individuals from the onerous shackles of family, clan, and national power, and to appear as "self" from the very beginning. Set off a revolution aimed at liberating the subject. But when the Confucian code of ethics withdrew from the social value system, it was not the freedom and independence of the subject, but the empty individual who lost the value orientation. In fact, The emergence of this nihilistic "individualism" phenomenon is precisely because in the New Cultural Movement "saving the nation" overcame the "enlightenment", and the authority of "nationalism" became the new "external" ruling force of the subject, and saved this "modernity". The possible way of malady lies in the cultivation of public rationality.
