儒学官德与政治文明

【摘要】：中国历代的儒家学者注重道德操守、人格修养,评价官吏注重官德政绩、勤政廉洁。要求做官为吏者必须严守官吏道德,清正爱民,勤政为民,廉而不贪。因为只有践行官德的人为官,才能有政绩。儒学的官德论,是儒家政治伦理的核心,亦是其正心、修身、齐家、治国、平天下思想的体现。在当前研究儒学官德对政治文明建设具有重要的警示意义。
[Abstract]:Chinese Confucian scholars paid attention to moral integrity, personality cultivation, evaluation of officials pay attention to the achievements of official ethics, honest and diligent.Officials must be strict with the morality of officials, love the people, be diligent, honest and not greedy.For only those who practice official virtue can have political achievements.The official morality theory of Confucianism is the core of Confucian political ethics, and also the embodiment of its mind, self-cultivation, family unity, governing the country and leveling the world.At present, the study of Confucian official morality has important warning significance to the construction of political civilization.
