古代中国大历史的社会科学解释

【摘要】：赵鼎新的《儒法国家:中国历史的新理论》一书实现了将古代中国史与自马克斯·韦伯和卡尔·马克思、亚当·斯密等人以降现代社会科学分析框架和理论传统完整的结合。赵鼎新的工作在理论上拓展了现代社会科学解释的可能性,检查了中国古代统一的官僚体制集权政体的起源、成型、巩固、延续的过程,为自西周以降直至清朝结束的古代中国历史提供了一个统一的叙述框架。自汉朝以降中国历史上的种种现象和模式,包括长期稳定的官僚帝国体制、工业资本主义未能兴起、周边游牧帝国的兴衰等等,都可以由政治体制、意识形态、文化三部分组成的"儒法国家"来解释。此书对中国古代历史进行了全面的整合与分析,从而使古代中国历史获得了和其他社会科学一样的新的学术生命。
[Abstract]:Zhao Dingxin's "Confucian law country: a new theory of Chinese history" realized the integration of ancient Chinese history with Marx Webb, Karl Max, Adam Simy, Adam Simy and others to reduce the modern social scientific analysis framework and theoretical tradition. The origin, formation, consolidation and continuation of the unified bureaucratic system of power system in ancient China provided a unified framework for the ancient Chinese history from the West Zhou Dynasty to the end of the Qing Dynasty. The Han Dynasty has brought down various phenomena and patterns in the Chinese history, including the long-term stable bureaucratic empire system, and the industrial capitalism is not. The rise and fall of the surrounding nomadic Empire, and so on, can be explained by the "Confucianism and law country" composed of three parts of the political system, ideology and culture. This book has integrated and analyzed the ancient Chinese history, thus making the ancient Chinese history a new academic life like other social sciences.
